by sandstone cliffs. "Meia Praia", a beach that stretches
several kilometers towards the east, is one of the most
beautiful sand beaches along the Algarve coast. It is

golf courses in the surroundings of Lagos. The 18-hole
Palmares Golf Course is located close by, directly above
the beach of Meia Praia. It is beautifully integrated
into the landscape. Because of the mild climate you can
play golf year round.
