The villa Mar á Vista is located in a small urbanisation, just 2,3 km away from the beach “Vale da Lama” and about 8 km to the city of Lagos. The villa lies on a plot of 1.540 sq. m., surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. There is a playground for children with a swing, seesaw, slide and sandbox and a small orchard with lemons and orange trees. The famous golf course “Palmares” lies 2,5 km far from the villa and in the village of “Odeáxere” (+/- 4 km), you will find some excellent restaurants and cafes. Approx. 300 days of sunshine per year, with a cool breeze from the Atlantic during the summer time and a mild spring-climate during the winter – all this turns the Algarve in a favourite vacation spot all years round.
The villa consists of a living room with fireplace, open to the dining area and the well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Two of the charming bedrooms are furnished with double beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed (extra bed for a child is available); two bathrooms (1 en suite). There is also a washing machine, Satellite TV (Astra), Stereo unit with CD player and free Wi-Fi, so that the guests can enjoy their holidays in a comfortable atmosphere. The living room have French windows towards the terrace with Pool (9x5m) and the barbecue area. Sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture are available, as well as a gas central heating for the colder month. The closed gallery on the upper floor offers a beautiful sea view.
Bed linen and towels, except pool/beach towels, are available. There is a cleaning service with change of linen and towels after one week, for a stay of at least of 14 nights.
We recommend a rental car, which we can book for you under favourable conditions (pick up/return Faro airport).
