The luxury Villa Monte e Mar with sea view is located between the mountains and the sea, very quit and private. The property is situated in the hilly Algarve and has no direct neighbours. It lies about 10 km north of Faro, close to the picturesque village Estói, with a palace of the 18th Century. The transfer time from Faro airport to the villa is only 15 minutes. The Villa with its spacious terraces within almond-, fig-, dive- and Cabot trees offers you a breathtaking view of the Atlantic. Here you can find the traditional Portugal, away from mass-tourism, but nevertheless close to the nicest beaches and the best golf-courses. Close to the villa there is a typical Portuguese restaurant, which we can recommend. Around the house there are various terraces, where everybody can find a special place for himself. The equipment and the furniture are very exclusive and the love for detail can be discovered in each room.
The Villa consists of a ground floor with entrance hall, spacious living room with Sat TV (international channels) and fireplace, open to the dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances, as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, etc., laundry room with washing machine, 2 bedrooms with double beds and access to the terrace, 2 bathrooms (one with shower the other one with corner tub with shower). The first floor has a dressing room with fitted wardrobes and access to the master bedroom with king size bed, large bathroom en-suite (corner tub with shower). A spacious south facing balcony of 65 m² offers a fantastic panoramic view to the ocean. In front of the terrace with garden furniture there is the 5x10m pool with a Roman staircase. Sun beds, garden furniture and an outdoor shower are available, as well as a BBQ. The villa is equipped with air condition. The central heating system make the villa also comfortable during the colder months. Wi-Fi exists.
