Villa Sanssouci is a luxury holiday villa with fantastic view over the golf course to the lagoon of Alvor and the sea. The villa lies on a plot of 1,213m² and has 180m² of habitation area. The beach is 2km far away and can be reached by foot and the famous Golf course “Palmares” lies in front of the villa. In the village of Odiáxere, about 4.1km away, you will find a little supermarket and several restaurants, as well as a post office and a pharmacy. At a distance of 7km you will find the town of Lagos, with its many attractions for leisure and pleasure.

The villa consiste of a lounge with fireplace open to the dining area and a well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 baths en-suite and 1 guest toilette. Furniture and equipment are tastefully and of high standard. Washing machine, TV via Internet and Wifi are available, so that the guests can enjoy their holidays in comfort. The villa has air condition that chills in the summer and heats in the winter and a gas central heating. From the main terrace leads a staircase to a 14 x 4.5 m pool. Left from the house, there is a wind protected and covered BBQ house with chairs and a table. In the house you will find a spiral staircase to a small roof terrace with 360° panoramic view.

The adjoining studio consists of a living/sleeping area with a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

Bed linen and towels, except beach towels, are available. There is a cleaning service with change of linen and towels after one week, for a stay of at least of 14 nights.

We recommend a rental car, which we can book for you under favourable conditions (pick up/return Faro airport).
